Pie Crust:
1. 1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
2. a pinch of salt
3. 1/2 cup of butter chilled and diced
4. 1/4 cup of ice cold water

Filling:
1. gala and granny smith apples (12-15)
2. 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
3. 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
4. 3 teaspoons of flour
5. butter

Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
