On Friday’s “Connecticut Today,” Paul Pacelli welcomed back Yankee Institute for Public Policy reporter Marc Fitch to chat about growing tension between Gov. Ned Lamont and state employee union officials, as well as some questions being raised about Connecticut First Lady Annie Lamont’s business dealings (0:31). Cooking with Claud: Kugel

1. Egg noodles boiled and drained – then put in greased casserole dish
2. 1-1 ½ sticks of butter added
3. Add crushed pineapple (1 can and only half juice with fruit)
4. Add raisins 
5. In separate bowl, put 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup sour cream. Mix then pour over kugel and mix everything together
6. Top with cinnamon
7. Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees (check on it periodically)
