CT Humane Society Pet of the Week

CT Humane Society Pet of the Week

Meet Lucy! We sure love Lucy down here at the shelter! She is a very sweet 9 year old female cat. Lucy came to us when her family was moving and now looking for a place to call her own. She has lived with children around 6 years of age and was playful with them, but the foster she is with says she can be shy and hides when there is a lot going on. So a quiet home would be best.  When Lucy talks to you she has a lower raspy voice and its endearing,  you know it is her when you walk into the cat room!

Lucy should do well with a first time cat owner too. So if anyone is interested in Lucy or any other pet here at the shelter visit our website and apply at cthumane.org/adopt to see all our available animals! New animals are added weekly so make sure you check out our site often!

Along with our special cat Lucy I would like to add that we are having a career fair tomorrow here at the Westport Branch for anyone that is interested in a career in animal welfare. Visit CThumane.org/careerfair for more information.
