A landmark decision was made this week. A judge ruled that Google is maintaining an illegal monopoly of online search engines, violating the U.S. antitrust law. More than 30 states, including Connecticut, sued Google a few years ago, accusing the company of paying companies big money to have their smartphones and web browsers automatically use Google’s search engine. Attorney General William Tong reacted to the ruling applauding the judge but shared why he’s not celebrating just yet.

– Tater is a 5-month-old male domestic shorthair

– He was a part of an unexpected litter so he was brought to CHS to find a new home, and was able to grow up in a loving foster home

– This cutie loves playing with his toys and is still young and very active

– Tater has some special needs — he has a low grade heart murmur, and he actually only has one kidney! It’ll be important for Tater’s remaining kidney to stay nice and healthy throughout his life.

– Tater is going to make a wonderful companion animal for his new family! He’s so young he’ll integrate well into a home with kids and/or other pets
