In the last year, there’s been such a focus on text messages and emails disappearing or being deleted by the former chair of PURA, Marissa Gillett. What’s interesting about that is in some ways, state lawmakers call for accountability and transparency, and yet a recent report revealed that state law DOES NOT prohibit legislative branch agencies from deleting email messages.
