Is there really a ballot question in Bridgeport suggesting the city clerk position should not be an elected person? Its one of many questions I have about the two ballot questions voters will face this election. For clarity, councilman Richard Ortiz representing the 135th district joins us. Councilman welcome to the show, I want to go out of order and start with question 2 – because this sounds like eliminating voters’ chance to elect important roles for the city including the city clerk.
