Governor Ned Lamont says the session will be to finalize housing legislation – and potentially create a 500-million-dollar contingency fund to help cover possible losses of federal funding. But we focused on the housing bill which remains a mystery. We asked Senator Jeff Gordon, Ranking Senator on the Planning and Development Committee.
