Melissa in the Morning: Wind Project Back On

A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to lift the stop work order on the Revolution Wind project. Work on the six-billion-dollar wind farm off the coast of Rhode Island was 80 percent complete when the stop order was issued last month. The 65-turbine project is a partnership between Connecticut and Rhode Island, as the states will share the generated electricity. So, what happened?
