The Connecticut Insurance Department will hold a hybrid public informational meeting on Monday, August 18th to discuss the 2026 health insurance rate filings submitted by seven health insurers. The requested rates apply to individual and small group plans offered both on and off the state-sponsored exchange, Access Health CT. We spoke with Senator Tony Hwang. the Ranking Member of the Insurance Committee in Connecticut.
