Melissa in the Morning: NTSB Hearing

The National Transportation Safety Board hosted a hearing to address a scary situation involving a door flying off a Boeing aircraft in 2024. Thankfully, no one died in this mid-air disaster but put a target on the backs of Boeing and the FAA. What went wrong and how can the problem be avoided in future?
